Vendor Booth: $150 for a 10 x 13 area to have a table/tent to sell (or giveaway) your merchandise or promotional items (no food sales). Area will be available starting at 10am for set up. If you need a banquet table please advise atleast 24hrs prior to event so accommodations can be made to reserve you one. We do not provide tents or display items, please be prepared to bring your own.
Sponsorship: Sponsorship rate is $220 and includes your company brand name on promotion on all social networks/media and website, acknowledgement at event about your sponsorship and company info, includes Vendor Booth. Flyers or banners you provide about your company can be displayed throughout the event.
BBQ & Cook-off. Entry fee for the BBQ competition is $25 per entry. BBQ can be either Beef or Pork Ribs ...1st place $100, 2nd place $50 & 3rd place $25. BBQ competitors are cooking ONLY for the judges, food plates for all those attending the event will be available for purchase of $6 per plate for adults, $4 for kids plates, drinks will also be available. BBQ grills will be provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer. (for participants of the cook-off ONLY)
Potato Salad competition is $10 entry fee with a 1st place prize of $25. All entry fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Sign up deadline for the BBQ competition and all potato salad entries can be made the day of the event before 1pm. Judging of all food will be around 1:30pm-2:00pm.
No payment, no participation.
